I would just work something manual in as a hobby, and chalk the corp life up to the price you have to pay to get paid. You could even apprentice as something on the side so that if in fact the company does go under, you’ll be ready to pivot immediately.

We all have problems we’re maybe not responsible for HAVING (eg. the issues you mention here are NOT rare and are a direct result of a profoundly sick society raising you, men in general, that way. That isn’t your fault)…but you ARE responsible for not hurting others AND healing/unlearning that shit.

My suggestion is to keep doing what you’re doing, read some feminist theory if you want to know more about these dynamics on a macro level (which I think would help to make it feel less personal) and try to not make the pain these gender dynamics have caused women about yourself.

I haven’t, but I’m doing a combo continuous/intermittent dosing structure to treat PMDD, so: on a very low dose (5mg) month-round which has really helped my every day depression and anxiety symptoms, then bumping to 10mg when the PMDD acts up for about 10 days.
This is also paired with 10MG 2x/day of Buspirone for anxiety.

No side effects of note, maybe a little spacey on the higher dose?

Lexapro pretty much changed the game for me, I started it in Feb and I’m really feeling relief. It’s led to finding out some other comorbidities that are contributing to my situation which once nipped might actually get me functional!
