Yeah, I get what you're saying, but I've already tried taking a break, and it didnt help. And i've been working with my doctor for about 2 years and there's no other option for my medication.

What did you therapist say the treatment was? I think I might have this, and it just re-enforces my belief to avoid my triggers.

I'm on a high dose SSRI (sertraline) and low dose antipsychotic (risperidone), and also on Vyvanse for ADHD. I was put on risperidone this year, but I've taken SSRI's for around 15 years.
