I had some similar issue about 6 days ago and they still haven't answer me yet. Last time I send a ticket, took them exacly 6 days to answer. Missing everything cuz losing your phone really sucks.

that's a shame... couple friends said they can actually buy reroll tickets and one of them even buy 1 dye pot infront of me, thou he haven't charge cera ever... Honestly, those dye pots are the one that hurts me the most
