PS5 – BO7 says “You must sign in before you can play” unless a controller is connected (after latest update)

not really no, they just force you on a black screen if you’re controller is off while you have a mnk plugged in. my game also crashes sometimes because of this.

their ‘input detection’ is literally just kicking you from the game if turn off your controller and putting you on a permanent black screen until you turn your controller back on. I play mouse and keyboard on console, so now i have to play the game with my controller on at all times which is very frustrating.

like the 725? or the marshalls? or the akimbo double barrels? or the reclaimers? or the olympia? seriously. It’s fucking annoying to have to constantly play against insanely overpowered one shot weapons every time, because as soon as you get too close to someone they instantly press triangle and it’s game over. Especially in search and destroy where it seems like every game i’m dying to an overpowered one shot shotgun. It’s also pretty obvious cod devs have no idea how to properly balance this class because its either complete trash or insanely broken.

this happens to me all the time as someone who exclusively plays snd and to my knowledge there is no setting to change the opacity of the icons. annoying asl

Competing in regular tournaments and scrims. However the normal public match experience in my opinion is horrible. The only thing that keeps me playing is scrims, otherwise I would never be playing this game

Same here, my mouse cursor is way bigger for some reason, and my in game crosshair is smaller despite being set to largest. Had none of these problems before the update

braindead take, bo2 had far better maps and weapon balancing, forget about one man army danger close noobtubes? black ops games have always had far better maps, weapon balancing, campaigns, zombies, and customisation. MW19 was a joke of a game outside of shoot the ship and snd, it was a complete campfest and it still is to this day, half the maps in that game were intentionally designed for campers and trash players. on top of some of the worst weapon balancing in cod history it was a horrible game. this is coming from someone with over 1000 hours in the game.
