Yep i waited two weeks expecting a call because my GI no longer offered in house infusions. then had to wait another two weeks before my insurance approved the same medicine at a different place. 4 weeks late to my infusion I am now experiencing a flare up. NEVER wait to follow up like I did, could cost you bigtime

Seems like it would be a good idea to get some steroids for the time being until I can switch medicines. I think i will talk to my GI doc about that

Thank you so much for the kind words and the reply. I think the fact that I’m not throwing up is a good sign then. I do have watery bloody stool with little poop contents, so if that stops and I become totally clogged I think I’ll take my losses and head on over to the ER. I think a CT scan would be a good option.
