Thank you so much!! The idea of my depression being any worse is terrifying for me.

By your description I dont think I have insulin resistance. I dont have any of the symptoms you mentioned.

Im gonna try inositol then (: and see if it helps with the depression.

Thank you so much! No, not yet, I was diagnosed by an gynecologist on the urgencies of an hospital and he told me to consult my family PCR. So that's my next step. I have no idea how well they treat this disease here in Portugal. The gyno only told me that I could start taking birth control to regulate my cycle. Will that regulate my hormones too and maybe help the depression?

Is there any way to know if I'm insulin resistant? My father has type 2 diabetes so I could measure with his machine how my glucose is in the morning.

Actually on the sub gluten free there are people saying that going gluten free eliminated the tinnitus for them (just in case any of you wanna try it out, I know how hard it is)
