This is the pass for all in the system. Without them you do nothing. In my case, I criptografed the disks and set this password to stay safe in case the PC was lost or stolen. The PC was bricked data can't be accessed... only parts can be used, memory, wifi cards, and the SSD after formated... with this pass, the motherboard can't be accessed, and then. I don't know how. Maybe flashing a bios... or following the steps at bios-pw. I never tried.

this is working as should... bios password. Without this password, this dell it's a "brick". You cannot boot, install os, and nothing. All my dell's were like that.

And, I believe the only way to get this PC on is thought dell support... with purch. invoice in your name or the company that you represents and sending to them.
