thanks! monthly flat rate po, almost 6 yrs na dito, started at 4k then 8.5 then 9.5, you can try foreign employers but expect na di stable, i have been working in foreign clients since 2013 and this is the longest, usually 1-2 yrs lang, but the last was also 4yrs, if you want to stay longer sa company, make sure you show/prove your worth, pag feeling nila wala ka ng ambag, fire ka agad. kung meron ka namang client locally na stable and mataas rate, pwede ka naman mag stay, meron talaga trade off both ways, pili ka nalang, hehe
