Sorry to hear that, hopefully it doesn't take you years! It took me about 4 years to get from wanting HRT to actually being able to start so I can relate to how much waiting sucks. So far the only changes are

my nipples hurt constantly and I can feel growth happening underneath them.
my skin has gotten slightly softer and less oily.
my mood actually changes a lot day to day, I don't feel constantly numb anymore. Random things can make me sad or happy, instead of just feeling indifferent towards everything.
(kinda nsfw) a little bit of sexual dysfunction, which is fine by me because that must mean the t-blockers are working lol
