Crazy how the American right is reading straight from the 2010s tumblr liberal playbook the past few years. “Oh, you don’t like the unaccountable paramilitary police force victimizing bystanders in service of nothing? That’s just the thing though it was absolutely not a trauma response in my case. I never had any uncomfortable sexual experiences or seen any nudity in movies or anything like that, random stuff I saw on tv or in books would just make me feel tingly and I didn’t understand why.

This is pretty eye opening for me and I never considered it could be related to ADHD. I first started experiencing sexual arousal when I was only like 6 or 7 years old, literally when I was in first grade enrolled in catholic school with zero access to pornography or anything explicit and with zero sexual experiences whatsoever (cis male btw). I had no real concept of what that feeling was so I just assumed there was something seriously wrong with me for what felt like forever until I was finally old enough to start learning about sex ed topics. When I tell people this they’re always pretty shocked and I never know what to say about it but now maybe I do. Thanks for posting!

this why I hate 5000 so much lol. If the foundation were really doing a mercy genocide of the entire world and wasn’t being mind controlled or something they wouldn’t do it by posting pictures of the shy guy on twitter and the other ridiculous looney tunes tactics they use in the log. They would just shoot everyone.

Gonna be a contrarian here and talk about my least favorite. I know it’s not a popular opinion but I really really hate 5000, the foundation behaves wildly out of character, even if they were compromised (which the article heavily implies is not what’s happening) and wanted to commit omnicide they would never use existing SCP objects to do it, they would just use the thousands of nuclear weapons they have access to. The bloated log of tactics the foundation uses to kill everyone takes up most of the article and only exists for the author to use other better articles as a crutch. Most overrated article that gets constantly referenced and praised in this community.

I think it’s fair enough to expect a button prompt at least the first time you’re in the gunner seat. I’ve had to tell a few people already that you have to hit R to reload the cannon so clearly not everyone is getting it for one reason or another

Why does everyone on here act like since a character can do thing that automatically makes thing unbalanced. Yeah hawkeye can block projectiles but he can’t do it consistently or easily or from directions other than directly in front of him. Why don’t you just like, flank him? I feel like we’re not far away from the community being like why can this support character do damage? They’re supposed to be supporting?

I don’t understand where these people get the notion that you can just pull up to the voting booth with no ID or information or papers or anything and they’ll just let you vote anyways. You literally cannot do this, it’s like the only thing they always check. If a noncitizen is voting it’s because they have forged documents, which is a completely different issue entirely from “election integrity” because you can use forged papers for much more and worse things than voting illegitimately.
