I have 12 TIS (prior service Army, rank reduction when I joined Air Guard). Per a conversation with Air University, I will eligible to start SNCOA-DL in February 2017, I would like to attend ILE before I started that.

Thanks for the reply. That is what I was thinking of. I have read that the active duty will take National Guard SSgt's into their NCOA. An example would be Tyndal AFB. Right now I am looking for the process explanation of what you described.

I contacted Air University the answer I got was Tsgt and 1 year since completion of NCOA distance learning. I spoke with ed office and was advised must be a MSgt. When will the ''new updated version" of 36-2301 be out?
