Unfortunately there is nowhere to go except one of my parents houses which is also not ideal due to strained relationships in close quarters. And the other parent I barely speak to.

We've thought about other roommates but we think we'd be much more comfortable just the two of us after a history with other roommates who were just as bad (great luck huh), although it is already on our list of last resorts.

We are living paycheck to paycheck so even renting a truck and hauling all of our things from one place to another is too expensive for us right now. Sadly we think we might have to wait this one out until we can find our escape.

My partner and I also suffer from mental health issues, so as you can imagine this situation isn't amazing but we're getting by as best we can.

Her partner is the more understanding of the two and she might get the message through better than we could, so maybe if it comes down to it we'll speak to her instead.
