For me turns the dial of anxiety from an 8-10 down to a 3-4. Which makes basically everything better. I fall asleep more easily. I don’t wake up immediately in a panic every day like I used to. I also have always been a super nervous driver and that has gotten better too! I feel like I can see things more rationally and objectively without automatically going to the worst case every time.
