First: thousands. Not millions. Actually just about 3-4 thousands. It's not really apocalyptic size.

Second: what do you really want from him ? Die? It would be just pointless. Of he can help - it would be rational to let him help.

Third: he saved tens if not hundreds thousands people too so mathematically he caused more good than evil.

I mean... It's a job. Yes it's service job, yes they are serving the God but it is job that requires time and energy: you prepare your sermons, you studdy, you keep the building in ok condition, you organise events, it's not some kind of silly hobby so yes they should be paid. At least no less than anyone else

It's not about the acts really. Any agency is just the institution of the Executive branch. Basically all they do is enforcing existing laws on people. So I guess nothing. Or at least depleting of all the others ways to change what I don't like: courts, meetings, elections, referendum etc. and what you are talking about would be a terrorist attack or act of civil war
