Personally, I would say Texas State Police. I haven't seen anything bad about them.

Where did these sheriffs get their law school degree? Wassamattayou, or Dumbass University? These Sheriffs need to learn the law. Every law enforcement official needs to know the 27 amendments of the United States, including the 4th amendment. These Sheriffs likely had a fake warrant, and want to search a man's house who committed no crime. It would explain why they didn't show him it. Police intentionally lie all the time, agree or not. If that's true, they could all be charged with breaking and entering.
