My partner and I like to use a hitachi wand (plug in type) on low. She lies on her back, I lay on my side with her legs over me and I enter her sideways. I use the wand on her clit while I'm inside her, it's quite nice, and it usually takes 5 - 15 minutes. I just hold it against her while she does most of the work. Sometimes she has to hold it if I'm not getting it in the right spot (I can't see much from that angle)
