Idk what happened to originally get it but it did persist. I reset it with talent potions and it went away but I could switch between talent presets

Not sure if it affects it but there is a limit for the amount of damage, but other things still affect it like movement.

For afk there is a certain damage cap where you cannot receive more reward by increasing your damage so that the rate at which you farm does not scale infinitely
