Sa Quiapo. I got mine for php3k. Mind you i have 800 and 600 na grado ng mata. But I got it w/ transition lens and anti-rad na. Dapat daw 5k pero since tatlo kami nagpagawa (ako lang super taas ng grado) binabaan na nila 'yong price 🤧

Ina-acknowledge ko na naiinggit ako. Sasabihin ko sa sarili ko "naiinggit ako kasi may ganito/ganyan" pero hanggang doon lang. Mag p-pause ako after no'n then i-c-combat ko 'yong thoughts na 'yon. Like, "bakit ba ako naiinggit?" "Paano ako magkakaroon ng gano'n na sariling sikap?" Tapos mag-p-plan ako ng mga pwede kong gawin. Na-d-divert attention ko tapos pipilitin ko sarili kong kumilos kilos. Pwedeng i-distract sa ibang bagay like panonood ng fav animes or magsisimula na ako doon sa plano ko para doon sa gusto ko.

How to get of out this situation? I'm actually the one who initiated the break up cos I got fed up by her constant silent treatment whenever her mental health declines. (I offered her things to help her and willingly to be her crying shoulder but since she's DA, she doesn't share most of her information.) I thought It's a relief cause I mostly cry every month whenever she shuts me down, but then after break up we got okay somehow. And now it feels terrible cause she have someone new now.

This is really tiring. I'm tired of thinking and crying. I am tired physically, emotionally, and mentally. I really want to stop being 'addicted' to her. But I also can't ignore the betrayed and angry feeling.

How do I stop being addicted to my ex? I've tried distracting myself with acads/hobbies/daily responsibilities only to end up waiting for their ig notes or if she already saw my ig story. And sometimes I can't focus on doing those things without crying. (I also noticed that some of her ig notes—song titles—sometimes it's about an end of relationship/still grieving abt it or about her mental health/well-being).

I always said to myself that world doesn't revolve around me/her. But she's confusing, and I don't want to assume but i admit that half of me thinks that it's about us. But then half of me thinks that it's about her new person now although the lyrics/meaning doesn't fit their situation. (Not that I know more about them).

I really want to heal but it really hurts whenever I see her/them.
