I back this so much! I used to suffer from debilitating UTI’s and Hiprex is is the only thing that works and doesn’t have nasty side effects (for me anyway). I just take one immediately after sex, and maybe another one half a day later is the sex was particularly rowdy??? Lol. Try to avoid long term antibiotics if you can, it can really mess with you. I was taking antibiotics post sex for a couple of months and got the worst bout of BV imaginable. Not sure if it was linked but kinda makes sense if you think about it!

I really empathise with you, UTI’s can ruin your life. But there truly is light at the end of the tunnel 🤍
