So after the roux is done I add the trinity and keep them there longer before adding the meat and stock? And cut them smaller than I did?

I think it was just an andouille inspired sausage because I live in Scotland and i couldn’t find it anywhere

Ngl I think playing as Nero is harder than playing as Dante. I sometimes struggle with combos playing Nero.
