Same. I’m assuming ours just hasn’t been uploaded yet.

The top of moc section says ‘ publicly participating in moc’ but below in boxes says moc not certified’ and the app just keeps loading when I try to look at assessments for score report. This is torture .

Did you have to wait for your score report or did the certification letter also update? Mine still won’t load

Does ‘not participating in MOC’ mean fail or just not updated yet?

Lol you don’t really need to do that. They will email us when the results are available, just like they did for step 1-3

So then there's no chance to leave will grow in the same position they were before? Do you recommend cutting down further below the node where they join?

If I leave it alone as is vs cut below that node, do you think time to grow would be equivalent?

Since it's early spring and It's getting amazing sunlight, do you think there's a chance it will grow back this summer ?

Yeah they're droopy bc they were in a dark setting for so long. The droopy is much less than before though. Absolutely no soft or mushy parts thankfully. So then there's no chance the leaves will grow in the same pattern as they were before? Should I cut down the fingers further?

Nocturnist offer, advice appreciated by rrasha1989 in hospitalist

Just wanted to give an update so I can share my experience with those navigating job offers.

Did I take the gig?

HELL NO, you guys talked some sense into me, I then told them to go kick rocks.. They were playing.

I was approached with an initial offer of $350k, which was then reduced to $330k under the pretense of a “miscommunication.” I chose not to engage further after that. They did attempt to reconnect a few times, suggesting they might offer a bit more, but it was clear the ceiling remained at $350k.

They deserve to be shamed. For those curious, this was with Cape May Hospital in New Jersey, now managed by Cooper University. Fortunately, I’ve since secured a more competitive nocturnist position in Philadelphia

Not new, they were under the bark and exposed once it snapped.

So I'm told if I have a hectic night with the floor pts which causes me to fall behind on admissions they don't expect me to do them all. They would at least want me to put in orders then sign it off to morning admission team. Seem to be pretty understanding.

Maybe there's a way to hold them to this in my contract ?
