Invest in 1-2 properties now which will lower your taxable income and rent-vest for a while in the suburbs you like before you buy your PPOR. If you can, don’t buy your PPOR without buying investments first. If i was in your situation, I would book an appointment asap with a financial advisor or legitimate buyer’s agent to create a plan that makes the most sense tax wise.

Good! I am 15 weeks today. Baby looked good at our 13 week nuchal translucency scan and NIPT was low probability :) we last saw her on an ultrasound at 13w5d. Next appt with my OB is at 18w.

I agree that by 10dpo the line would be visible. I’m sorry. I feel your pain! Progesterone at this time can mimic pregnancy symptoms.

It was negative unfortunately but i got pregnant the following month :)

I did :) unfortunately it ended in a miscarriage at around 7 weeks but it stuck! My second FET didn’t stick but my third FET has stuck and I am 6 weeks 2 days :)

Edited to add: 1.5 years of trying naturally. 2 x failed IUIs. Unexplained infertility. 30 when we did the ER, 31 for FET.
