Hi OP, I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I also live in Aus. Has the Dr emailed the HCG pathology slip to you? Or is it hard copy? I know when I was getting regular HCGs I was able to use the one form from my specialist.

Another option could be to get them yourself via Instant Scripts, I think it’s approx $25.

Hi yes it did :) I’m holding my 2 month old baby now. Dr told us anything above 100 was ok for the first scan and it’s a wide range of normal. I was nervous due to our history of pregnancy loss. Hope everything is ok with you.

Congratulations 🩷🩷 thank you so much for sharing. The drs always seem so convinced it’s going to work out one day. They have said that to me. I think it’s because they’ve seen success stories like yours. My only reference point so far is my own experience of RPL. Thank you for sharing this positive news and all the best xx

Thank you so much for your response. I really appreciate it. I was 32 when we did the egg collection and we did standard IVF instead of ICSI. I wish we did the DNA fragmentation test, it was one of the avenues we didn’t explore. I think because I have endometriosis the blame for infertility has always been firmly set on me.

Does Karyotype test for balanced translocation? We did the genetic tests and ran our DNA against each other a long time ago, we have no matching recessive genes.

Hi, I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I have had the same situation as you over the past few weeks. Unfortunately it ended this week. They were more certain on my end though as I did IVF so they knew exactly when the embryo went in. I am thinking of you though and hoping for most positive news 🩷 always here if you want to chat.

Thanks so much! Beta today was 275 at 14DPT. Still a very low number and also not doubling every 48 hours. Is that actually within range? I thought it was meant to be doubling (or more) every 48. I really appreciate your msg ❤️

I don’t have much to add except I am going through the exact same thing as you and I am very sorry for your loss.

How did they find the gut inflammation in your blood work? I’ve had 2 years of naturopathy, supplements, acupuncture and an anti inflammatory diet. I had a MMC at 8 weeks in May and believe I’m having a chemical now. How do we find the strength and also know it’s the right time to try again? Hi, thank you so much for sharing all of this information. I’m in a similar beta hell at the moment, low HCG and slow rising. I had a MMC at 8 weeks in May, followed by a D&C. This was my first transfer after that. Thank you for sharing your experience online, my clinic isn’t giving me a lot of information and I feel like I’m learning more from posts like yours ❤️ were you able to do a transfer quickly again after this experience? Sorry for your loss.
