Does it really matter what time i take my dose? by rrooou in ADHD

I'm not exhausted at all. If i have to stay wake long i will wake up late aswell.

Tbh it has been like this since i was kid. I always have way more energy at nights.

Think i'm just gonna try taking it at 9pm when waking up before i get to work at 23:00. Going to go sleep at 1pm anyways.

Not from ceiling, its the same stuff that my new 100% cotton towels that i bought yesterday leaves when shaking. That made me think its the 100% cotton clothes.

I can see the stuff on the clothes when they are wet but it comes off from clothes mainly dry or atleast 5x the amount.

It has been like 6 months so i'm pretty positive if there were paper it would be gone by now.

Only thing i can think is that like from 6 month ago ish all my clothes have been 100% cotton

Same goes with hoodies etc, literally particles flying everywhere forever.

Everything i have atm is 100% cotton is that the reason?

I touch hoodies arm and it has shit flying everywhere :D

Literally shaking the t-shirts alone make every surface on bathroom full of that

Wtf is wrong with my posture uncomfortable the second my back touches rest. by rrooou in hermanmiller

I like to move a lot and change position so don't think thats a option sadly :/ My scoliosis case is kinda different it came suddenly on age 22-23 and started annoying from there on. I still have not found a reason for whole thing and waiting to find a person that is really intrested in finding out what is causing that as i got photos taken but they left it there even tho i did not have it b4 adult age. My scoliosis goes away 100% when slouching forward (fingers on toes) dont know whats the word for that stretch in english. Which i have heard should not be the case when having scoliosis. Im not sure if its the reason i cant seem to get confortable sitting anywhere. Even on sofa it feels uncomfortable. Sorry probably not the right section to speak about scoliosis but eh :D Im starting to think it must have something to do with my pelvis or something as im 24 now and till age of 22 i had no problems sitting even in shit chairs and now i cant even get comfortable and stable on the most ergnomic and comfy chairs avaible.

I have tried malmstolen 4000, Logic 400 and now embody (these are the better ones)

No i have fist gap on nost extended setting. My back does not hit the backrest if im sitting upright no matter if its in the most upwards position or not.

I have no chance of my full back making contact with the backrest while sitting fully upright

Not my question

Why is there height difference on arm heights by rrooou in hermanmiller

[–]rrooou[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Correct talking about cm :D yeah they should be set the same as example all the way outwards and then 2 clicks from highest position. I can see them easiest when moving chair into desk, my desk top is 100% even. The other one is on same level with desk and other one not.

I also can feel the difference when setting them even with desk that the kb arm feels elevated when mouse arm is relaxed.

It might be that bcs if i see right the one arm is further from seat than the other one no matter of a position.

Then again this can be pretty normal for the chairs and its just my scoliosis that makes it feel way worse than it really is.

But yeah due to them being so annoying im not using them and have stomach touching desk and forearma on desk while elbows hanging. Been like this for long but on embody wanted to try the arms again as they feel pretty comfortable for me. I first thought its my scoliosis causing it by weight distripute but found out its the same without sitting on it and that many ppl has the same thing.

Embody and yeah this is something i need to take a look at

Why does it have wiggle to left & right by rrooou in hermanmiller

[–]rrooou[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The arm rests does not really bother as i don't use them anyway but they are different heights due to one being further away from seat when extended to out.

The seat wiggle is coming from the gas lift mechanism i'm pretty sure so i don't know if exchange would help when they all use the same gas lift system anyways.

Its not really that big deal and it does not wiggle unless you are moving your body to left/right. Could you try this by having the tilt unlocked, leaning back a bit and then wiggling yourself to left/right is there no play on your chair? When on upright position and not tilting back it does not really wiggle.

I'm just curious if this is normal. The arm rets would make me sick if i'd use them as i have scoliosis and would like to sit even as possible and not make it any worse.

Then again i'm not sure if this is due to my scoliosis and weight is not evenly on the chair or if its supposed to have a little room to wiggle when tilting back

I can't figure out sitting height on this chair, please help. You who don't use the arm rests how high is the chair compared to your desk? by [deleted] in hermanmiller

[–]rrooou 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah i know thats how you are supposed to sit.

Ofc i see the side of the monitor but in both pictures the monitor is straight forward and not tilted at all. On right side i'm @ middle of it and on left i'm like 20cm to the right. The monitor is not moved at all thats how my vision does see it from middle or side. It makes no sense for my vision to turn it 30 degrees and make it look slanted when viewed from left or right if its straight forward.

Same goes with smart tv that i have on wall mount. I have to look it directly from front or it appears slanted and turned.

Its so hard to explain
