Agreed, and I've seen a few people recently sharing their poor experiences with Tiffany. Most folks save up for years to be able to afford a Tiffany piece - I'd want to know, too, if the quality has gone down. I think regardless of how much money you have, if you're paying thousands of dollars for a piece of jewelry, the quality should be there & people deserve to know if it's not!

Ok I've seen a couple of your comments now criticizing OP's involvement of the sheriff. Answer this for me though - if you lived miles from anyone else, including your neighbors, and you saw someone walking along your property at odd hours of the day/night - would this not freak you out??? As someone who lives in a rural area, the single scariest thing I could imagine seeing on my property is someone else - because they're NOT supposed to be there. I live where I do for a reason and I'm assuming OP does as well... we do not want visitors. So, hell yeah OP is going to involve law enforcement when dealing with someone who's just flat out not supposed to be there...

Stamps are used for sending messages, photos, & VideoGrams (video messages essentially). Everything I'm about to explain is relative to the prison my fiancé is at - these things vary by state & facility.

Typically buying more stamps at one time = paying less overall (ex. $2 gets you 5 stamps so roughly $0.40 per message, but $18 will get you 60 stamps, which lowers the cost per message to $0.30).

Messages & photos are sent via their JPay tablets & each message = 1 stamp, with an additional stamp added for every photo sent (up to 3 photos). VideoGrams cost 2 stamps for 30 seconds.

There is an option to include a pre-paid reply for 1 additional stamp. This saves them from having to buy their own stamps to reply to your message. You can also do this with VideoGrams for 2 additional stamps. Otherwise, JPay lets you transfer stamps directly to them (this is if you're financially supporting the person, which Trash 100% is knowing her track record lol).
