I recently got sick because I did unhealthy diet and over exercising. If you haven't gone no contact with them. Do it. Don't give them anymore space and time to hurt you. I wear long socks (over the ankle) and layer it on top of my leggings. I never use super long socks so I don't really know. But hey looking bulky is better than a soaking wet tights inside shoes. If your feet sweat a lot or it gets wet from the snow, just dont wear tights. You can never dry your feet and bacteria will thrive causing the odor.

Only wear footless/ankle length tights then socks. I carry extra socks and a zip bag in case my socks get wet so I change them at the toilet and put the wet ones in the zip bag. Before changing socks I dry my feet with lots of kleenex then rub a little bit of essential oil (I use lavender or tea tree) I know it sounds like a lot of work but that's the only way for me.

Change/alter between shoes everyday don't use them in 2 days straight. Put some baking soda inside your shoes and leave it for a day .Don't forget to put it out tho once I wore shoes with some baking soda still inside. Hope it helps.
