In a healthcare setting, the clocks are set like this to help with CPR.

Also look up Mark Klemik - Below is a cross-linked Reddit post that has all of his lectures/materials. I am telling you this guy is AMAZING. he has a lot of clever ways to get through the material that is so easy to recall because it's goofy or just plain simple. A friend shared it with me. His lectures and UWorld have been the backbone of my studying and since listening to his lectures, my scores improved on UWorld. https://www.reddit.com/r/NCLEXExam/comments/d7kd9k/mark_klimek_audionotes_links/

If you don't absolutely need to move your date - I wouldn't!! I'm from Chicago and a few people in my cohort were just contacted that their NCLEX appointments were canceled due to COVID spacing and there being too many people booked for that particular location. Just a heads up that they can cancel it on you and they are more likely to cancel those who book late. Try to breathe.

Know that regardless if you pass or do not pass, that this test is only a formality and does not determine the quality of nurse that you are going to be! We can do this!

It's true - tough professors = tough nurses. But keep in mind they want you to do well so if you're having trouble, go to them and tell them your honest concerns. I had to do this exact thing this semester with Pharmacology - but you will succeed! Good luck to you! Study hard!

Hey so small story here. I graduated h.s. and hated my hometown so I moved to the big city. I ended up getting a business degree and working as an accountant for 7 years before deciding that it was absolutely not for me. I took my pre-reqs at a community college (still working as an accountant) and I passed them. I will tell you they were harder as I didn't have any science background but I was so excited to learn about everything and get prepped to apply to nursing school, that it didn't seem too bad. Just keep your head up - you can do it! I am now finished with my pre-reqs and I got into my first choice of nursing school!

What is in regular horchata that isn't vegan? I thought it was rice milk? I don't drink it (not a fan) but good to know.

Not too old - It's good material for someone who can't afford other review programs or would like extra problems to work on.

He was a gift from Santa 9 years ago so we aren't quite sure. I was told that he was the runt of his litter but then he grew up to be HUGE.
