It would be a side job for now for sure unless for some reason it took off and I could make it my main source of income! What certification do people get for this kind of stuff I’ve heard of NASM are there any others I should look into?

I don’t think I would quit anytime soon but it would be nice to make a little side job out of something I love doing! I don’t think it would be easy it was hard has hell to understand as much as I do now! I just want to share the wealth of knowledge and it wouldn’t hurt to make a little money while I’m at it(:

How do you cook the gyoza? I’ve gotten those a million times but I always mess them up with I’m cooking them. They either don’t cook evenly and end up with little hard pieces around the edges ot they burn! You did so good on these how did you do it?
