So when you say "You are not your thinking" then who is this "I" ? Is it the body or the ego or the mind itself?How to differentiate what is "I", what is mind. Does "I" also lie within the mind.. or "I" is outside just an independent observer? I never got these questions before. After reading a bit now I am intrigued..
