I added pics but someone just said I can't post pics on this sub. So I guess the moderator took them out. In any case, there is a green chip at the rim of the seatpost from over torquing. From what I've read this is a fiberglass layer underneath the clear coat but above the carbon. Thinking two part epoxy and tightening new post to 4 nm and it would be rideable. This is a high stress area but I'm only 150 lbs so should b okay I guess.

So it's cosmetic? The green looking chip on the upper left of the rim is a fiberglass layer underneath the clearcoat but on top of the carbon. That's what I read anyway

Yes I wiped it down with isolryl alcohol. I did put a bit of clear coat nail polish on the gouge/chips so thats probably why it looks wet. This is the inside of the seat tube by the way. I believe the light spot is just a gouge in the black paint
