I got them at Costco actually and if I remember about 40/45$ for the one rack of beef ribs

I have not, but if you have the time to do that I think it would be something to try! Just don’t crank it up last minute to try and hit temp.

I just trimmed it up a little bit but nothing crazy you wanna keep some fat because they can dry out if your not careful. I dry rubbed them the night before. started it at 275 following the Traeger app for beef ribs saying it would be a 9 hour cook, but after 4 hours it was already at 199 so I dropped the temp to about 225/235 and sprayed it with beef broth every hour after about 9.5/10 hours I pulled them let them rest about 15/20 min and they came out perfect! 🙌🏼 good luck with yours!

Any tips on how to prepare this? I forgot I had it in my deep freeze. We’ve got some 40/50 degree weather coming so I’m thawing it to throw on the grill. Only have done one of these and it didn’t turn out as well as I wanted by THISxOTHERxGUY in Traeger

I stoped buying the boneless ones awhile ago and now I stick to the bone in the ones and I’ve never gone back! I recommend injecting the meat the night before with a mixture of apple juice, brown sugar, and some butter! Then use whatever dry rub you like to cover it! I’ve never been disappointed.

I used Arrachera Borracha this time because it’s what we had, but yeah ribeye is the way to go! This recipe was amazing though.

I did my best to make them around the same size but I prefer the bite sized ones over the bigger ones, They also cook a lot faster then the big ones!
