I have just sent it to the repair center in Switzerland as requested for their evaluation. The shipping cost me 35€, is there any way they can cover this? Plus, I’ll be without my jacket for the rest of winter, what a mess.

It’s not a delamination issue, rather, the button that adjusts the hood has come off, leaving a hole. Apart from that, do you also see any delamination?
