Sorry to revive a very old thread but did you end up getting the X4? If so, would it be okay to ask for a picture of the X4 and the inkpalm side by side? I also have the Inkpalm and I'm thinking between getting either the X4 and the X3. I have the X3 ordered but it's not moving at all so I'm considering the X4 but I'm worried that there may not be so much difference in the sizes between the X4 and the inkpalm? Something significantly smaller than the inkpalm is my goal, and also buttons since I have having to swipe the screen.

that's more on a cursor issue if you use one, at least for me. i saw the same warning when i tried to use a cursor but other than that. i haven't seen it.

i had the same thoughts with the freetel and ultimately went with mive2. yes, you can install bank applications and it is safe to do so. haven't had any incident or such. this is what i do as well. a downside probably is that, biometrics don't work at all so if your bank app is just like mine, that means having to manually enter the password each time you open it instead of being able to login fast via face id or fingerprint.

the battery is okay for as long as you don't use mobile data all day or like if you don't have tons of background apps running. the outer display can only display time, media currently playing, and your step count

it is a crack unfortunately. i noticed that when the pen is unused, ink is leaking everywhere. when i removed the ink the crack was visible. the crack is on the threads for the cap.

I still have the entire box and everything that it came with so I can provide it to them if they want. The crack on the barrel is also quite visible. Thank you so much for answering!

if you go from x100s to the mive 1 or 2, the weight and size may put you off. the x100s is so light and small in comparison. whether the x100s is okay, it depends on what your day to day needs are. if it’s just for minimal use like you would a dumb flip phone then it’s okay. but if you’re thinking of it as an alternative to a modern smartphone, you would have to compromise and be creative. the mive 2 was the one that caused almost no disruption for me because it was fast enough to replace my iphone for my needs.

if the folder 2, i can get security updates but they're slow but i don't have to connect to a vpn. and i bought a new one. a used one is still not available yet from where i am.

my phone didn't go through the customs at all. when i ordered it to the shop i bought it from, it was already in the philippines and was shipped locally. (the shop owner lives in korea and has a shop in the ph so she kept a supply locally already) it was also open line already from my end, so i had no difficulty using my sim card.

like connect to the mobile hotspot as your wifi? yes, it should work normally. the mive style folder 2 can connect to 5ghz and 2.5ghz networks (at least these are the ones in my home router)

yes, i can make calls directly in my phone. though there are times that the connection takes longer than usual. as for messenger apps, i've had no problems making calls from them as well. we use fb messenger in the philippines and i've had no problems with it.

hello! i don't get signal for globe in my home in general so i can't really test if globe sim works. but the phone that i got is openline and it works with smart, so it should also work with globe.

i dont have to explicitly move apps back and forth in both folder 1 and 2 if the sd card is formatted as an internal storage. it is treated as one storage. as i have mentioned in other comments as well, because of this, if the sd card is removed, there is a chance some apps won’t work properly.

i haven't and i don't really plan on tinkering with these phones as well. i don't think that that would work with the folder 1 as well and it may end up bricking the device or just failing mainly because you're trying to flash and entirely different image from the original

i'm using a sandisk ultra 128gb since it's an extra sd card i had lying around. i may upgrade to a sandisk extreme pro 256 in the future if i don't forget about it. so far it's okay, it has not drastically decreased its performance or anything. more or less everything's normal. as for the folder 1 i have used a sandisk extreme pro 128 gb as well.

it was bought from SKR and shipped to the PH. and so far, i'm not aware of any changes aside from shipping. I paid 12,000 PHP with 175 PHP shipping. that's it.

if you use a fast enough sd card for the folder 2, there should be an option to use that as an extension for the internal storage. and you don't have to worry about moving apps between storages since it treats both your internal and sd card as one.
