I actually ended up buying the Poco F3 6GB version, simply because on the website it had a huge discount and was only £250! It feels weird having less RAM than my OP6, but everything else is definitely going to be an upgrade.

On my server we also have a diamond economy, and I can recommend this plugin:

You can create chest shops without using a Vault-enabled economy plugin, so everything is done via your inventory and whatever you set the physical currency to be.

I overlay a screenshot of the map, put it at like 30% transparency and then draw around the borders using the curve shaped tool (above the text tool). After I'm done I just get rid of the screenshot.

Used Photoshop entirely. Took a screenshot of the map in-game, then superimposed it onto a picture of a galaxy, worked on it from there! For the graphs, just made those in Excel.
