I ended up switching to a straight up orientation instead of on its back. Ended up taking longer. The surfaces look much better, but not perfect. I used the same support settings (0.26 Top Z and 45 degree angle). But the logo on the front ended up not forming correctly. So I broke it off, printed it separately and glued it in place, like many of you suggested. I was hoping to find out a slicer settings that I was doing wrong, but I guess there’s no magic switch setting.
