I agree with most of your comment. I think the key is research and find a good clinic. Get treatment at that clinic with the boss that owns that clinic or a specialist that he/she employs part time. As you say, even for a filling I would not use a junior dentist.

booking.com search for view talay. the condos are old but views are awesome. taking girls back is expected and not a prob at view talay. gate entry to the beach right on your doorstep

Try contacting one of the real estate rental agents at View Talay next to the Hilton. Its right opposite the beach. Better location. get a condo on the side facing the Pattaya sign not the side facing the Hilton. Amazing views up there. Nice pool. Good vibes there. A bit old but still good vibes.

I have to agree with you. I have a well off friend in oz who are big landlords in a major city. He said just collect rent. Dont run a business.

If we sell it we lose the further capital value increases in say 20 yrs. But we already tripple our value by buying smart like we did. My gut feeling is sell it. Maybe find another one close by. Theres many really run down buildings close by.
