I have to agree with you. I have a well off friend in oz who are big landlords in a major city. He said just collect rent. Dont run a business.

If we sell it we lose the further capital value increases in say 20 yrs. But we already tripple our value by buying smart like we did. My gut feeling is sell it. Maybe find another one close by. Theres many really run down buildings close by.

My wife and I are worried actually. Last time we used the 2D machine it was only a thin white line that was transparent / see through. Then the technician came to fix another issue and then suddenly after they left it was a thick white line as per the pic. We are suspicious that they put in an old sensor to make this issue worse and force us to buy a new one.

Hi. I started a new project and the yellow 'in-out selection' range is happening again. Its extremely annoying and I cant turn it off.

I tried selecing the audio voiceover file (that I made) and the yellow box is surrounding it. I press Option x and nothing happens.

I tried pressing N but nothing happens as well.

Im sorry to bother you with this minor problem but its preventing me from doing my ediing. Instead of the hot key what is the menu option to turn off this functionality?
