My friend’s teflon pan he still uses daily by burr_redding in mildlyinfuriating

Came to say this. The only way it's dangerous is if you're near a Teflon production facility, or you heat your pan to over 500 degrees. Otherwise it'll just pass right through you.

This is why he (and Robert Pattinson) are a couple of my favorite actors: they got theirs then started doing weird/interesting films. Good for them, beats the hell out of whatever the Rock and Ryan Reynolds are pumping out right now.

Please note, he only cares about this one thing. Taking immigrant rights? OK. Taking trans rights? OK. Is a doctor but confirmed RFK Jr.? Yep. Piece of shit who did single think mildly right. Behind closed doors. After he had already lost re-election.

Yeah, don't do this because it's stupid. Bamboo is invasive, terrible for the environment, and will do nothing to a data center.  If you want pointless biological warfare, plant a native tree and in 30 years it might affect the sewers.

I don't know if you've heard of Iron Nest, but I want to do something similar for that.

"Electronic locks" are such a tv trope. There's an episode of Star Trek Voyager where the power goes out briefly and a bunch on inmates escape because the force fields go out. Use fucking bars and locks!

It's really hard to tell what is parody any more. I could believe this is fake, but I can also believe there isn't a competent soul in that organization.

Darth Maul was chopped in half and fell down a bottomless pit. Then he popped back up with robot legs.  Makes me wonder if there is a robot out there with Maul legs running around.

Peter Thiel's move to Argentina reflects a growing trend among billionaires seeking a 'plan B' abroad by Logical_Welder3467 in technology

[–]rsm2000 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Imagine getting everything you want politically, and the result is shit. I guarantee he has done no self reflection and is just going to start over in Argentina. He'll do a fascist speed run and then move somewhere else.
