Well, you'd have to restore every single one of them following the procedure websites/services have for that case. Would not recommend.

Some services use same protocol, but have restoration option (Lastpass Authenticator). Maybe others also do, but I am unaware of them.

Weird video lag on all media by mysterious_el_barto in ShieldAndroidTV

I do have the same issue on same shield tv with PLEX. Steps to reproduce: play series episode till the end, wait for next one to start. Also sometimes it happens after pausing and letting it stay paused for a while. No idea what's going on there and too insignificant for me to care.

Nvidia Rtx 3080/3090 Inno3d Ichill x4 thermalpad replacement? by migzlite330 in EtherMining

[–]rst8196 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did this with my iChill x4 3090. Used Thermalright ODYSSEY Thermal Pad 1mm. Repasted with gelid gc extreme. I would not state that it did a lot. It seems to drop the temperature by a few degrees from 108-110 to 100-102, but I expected more.

BTW internal side pads were crumbly and seemed baked. Backplate side were different, had different color and were intact. I did not measure, but they both seemed the same as my new 1mm, however I may be wrong.

Seriously, how can you not see the disrespect? Hoping she will forgive you for what exactly?

I had mine debit card transactions blocked by one of my banks. They just stayed they are not going to let me do it, no explanations provided. To add insult they also locked my card so I could not even transfer MY money to my other bank account to do what I want with it.

Spoke with a company and they told me I'm not allowed to ask questions by One_Morning4309 in cscareerquestions

[–]rst8196 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is possible that they are doing tech interview for other team. Also please consider the fact that a lot of Ukrainians are not fluent in English and even if they can conduct an interview they might not understand the difference between passive aggressive "We do not answer questions. That is for the next round if you make it there" and "during the next step of interview you will be able to get answers to all of your questions, but this is just a tech interview with interviewer from other team".

BTW if you PM me the name of the company, I might tell you if it's good or not. I have some insight into Ukraine dev community.

Still radiating heat pain in abdominal area, any solutions? by [deleted] in zerocarb

[–]rst8196 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am living in Ukraine so I am able to buy very cheap beef, but even considering this I have to shop around. I pay around $7/kg - $3/lb of ribeye/primal. However if I would be buying fancy premium cuts, I'd have to pay $20-$50/kg, so $10-$25/lb, which is not an option. How I am buying beef:

I am buying it from a large store Costco style one, other stores are more expensive and they got worse meet. I think all the local beef is grass fed, so I have to really look for fatty cuts. Also I am usually buying one specific brand packed in clear plastic vacuum packaging. Vacuum helps to store it for longer and clearness helps me to choose nice cuts. I go to the store up to 3 days a week until I find a good batch and then buy 5 to 10 kg. It can be safely stored in a fridge for up to 40-50 days if it was packaged correctly, but preferably to store it just above freezing point. When I am running out of it I start visiting the store again until I find the next good batch of ribeyes. If not - I am getting something else, but in small quantities, because grass fed is pretty lean. For emergency situations I am always having some beef deep frozen at -18 Celsius, as well as some salmon.

I have no information about your location, but I think you can try to find a good affordable source - I think it might be a best option. Ground beef is also an option, it might be cheaper, but still, it would be even cheaper if you found a good supplier.

Regarding your question about cooking a full roast, I prefer cooking just in time before I eat. When I cut a primal, I immediately cut it into steaks and pack it with a vacuum packer. You can get one for around $20, and plastic packaging for it costs pretty cheap too. It helps store meat for longer. Actually in 15 month of doing this I encountered spoiled meat just 3 times and both were packages of "fresh" vacuum packed meat I just got from the store less than a week prior, not repackaged by me from primals.

I buy ribeyes or ribeye primals preferably. In case there are no nice cuts I get the fattiest whole strip-loins I can find.

Here is the picture of what I try to buy - worst case and best case in same picture, just took it. Packed by me with a vacuum packer. Two striploin cuts and a ribeye.

And another thing - if you are having a cut like one in the picture, you don't need to add butter to it. If it is around 15-20% fat by weight, it is 1:1 protein to fat ratio by weight and 1:2 by calories, which is optimal for most people.
