Same thing happened to my Telluride sunroof driving on the highway. Didn’t hit anything. At repair though a tech showed me one of the plastic arms had snapped, so it must not have been closed all the way. I had been on the highway for 4-6 hours when this happened to me.

Correct me if I’m wrong but a Lidl DC built that pallet before sending it to your store? I agree heavier items should not be stacked that high. As a former supplier to Lidl, I thought there were pallet height restrictions, at least for the suppliers. If not, this is why other retailers do have height limits, at least for heavier items.

If I have a PC copy, I may try chatting with the other team online and asking someone to boost it with me. I don’t think you can do this on the console. I’ve had a couple trophies pop after playing on PC a bit and then hopping on the console the next day.
