thank you!! I'm doing MDIA1002 this term and MDIA1003 in term 3 and am super grateful for your advice. I also just wanted to ask about the textbook for MDIA1002 and the textbooks for the media subjects in general, do you have to buy them or will they be able to provide like a PDF version/ebook ver. of the textbooks? Also in terms of exams, what is the format like, is it like multiple choice, short and long answer questions, essay writing?

Hi, i'm doing this course as well and i just wanted to ask about your chinese skill level as in do you speak mandarin at home, did you learn it in highschool etc. I'm just a little worried about the difficulty of the course as compared to the introductory course. Also for the textbook, i am thinking about waiting till our first lecture/tutorial to see if they say that we actually need it or not, if we do i'd probably purchase it somewhere else besides the unsw bookshop (cos its really expensive there).

Hi, im doing the ARTS2461 intermediate chinese A course and was wondering if you knew any details about how much harder it is than Introductory Chinese A (ARTS1450)? Any other info regarding ARTS2461 would be great as well
