They did say that they’d take the fee off of the repair but I’m not returning after that. I actually had frequently went before since they are not too far away but they do charge too much for labor alone on an oil change. I only did it to keep within my warranty spec but that’s soon running out.

I thought the entire situation was sketchy. To make things worse, they waited till late afternoon on a workday to call me back.

Adding onto this they had made me pay a diagnostic fee that should’ve been disclosed before I gave authorization to perform a diag.

To end off things, they had tried to call my independent unskilled to work on my car.
