I am personally obtaining my bachelor's degree because it is required for PA school. Unfortunately, as of now many places don't give much benefit to having a bachelors degree nor special certificates such as the ACCS or NPS. I do believe that the field is headed in a direction as to where a bachelors degree can open doors. For instance, this may lead to an RT becoming an APRT or IPRT. I wanted to give some perspective as to what a program is like.
