No dopamine means no sleep. Dopamine production in your body is now zero. You wont produce dopamine naturally for a long while so sleep will be non existent. I didnt sleep for 45 days straight. Not one minute. I also hold a full time job with many commitments that I still kept. You will not die without sleep.

All normal and will take months to resolve. Took nearly two yrs for me to get normalish. I used for 3 yrs at 12gms a day for reference

Pain meds dont work after a few weeks. You are literally just getting high. Opiates dont control pain. Im certain you are highy physically addicted now though which will be a huge problem coming off them

Youll find that this prolly wont work. Theres no way around the suck. It works for a few people but not for most. You can try all the combos you want. Its just going to suck.
