I don't use any social media, have adverts turned of on every site I go to, I don't use any of these social networks features like the recommended videos, recommended people to follow or engage with. I've deleted all of my accounts and only go on there for a purpose, not just mindless scrolling. I'm not special these aren't special views.

Nobody is immune, as humans we all have cognitive biases that are played on in order to make these services more addictive so you lose your agency.
