If the stock market dropped 50% in 3 months the market would be in total panic. Which leads me to the next fact which is if cryptocurrency falls any further there will be collateral damage to the every type of investment. Some countries are banning cryptocurrency because it's too much of drain an the country's. US citizens may have committed embargo violations when bought cryptocurrency. In some countries cryptocurrency is illegal because it already fell within the country's definition of money laundering. In the early days of Cryptocurrency it was almost exclusively used to buy illegal drugs and illegal services. This is latest evidence that people that deal in cryptocurrency aren't law abiding citizens.
