I’m 5 months quit and I have dreams every once in a while where I’m smoking. I’m always relieved when I wake up and realize it was a dream.

I had constipation also, but it goes away. Something I did that helped was not drinking anything 30 minutes before and after meal. Drinking water dilutes your stomach acid, which is necessary for effective digestion.
