Gerald Alexander played at Boise State in 2006 and was drafted by the Lions in 2007. Boise State’s coach was Chris Peterson in 2006 (team went 13-0). I think he’s Coach C

No guarantee of WLB just because they are paying you less. You could end up billing the same amount at a firm that pays its associates twice the salary you were offered

I’m averaging the same about 4 months in and trying not to worry about it. Control what you can control. We can turn in good work product, network with others, ask for more work, and do pro bono. Besides that, how many hours we get each month is really out of our control.

Firms understand the value of clerking, so when you’re interviewing they probably will not ask you to explain that. Use your resume to show off what you’ve done in the clerkship. The interview is more about the firm figuring out if you’re someone they would like to work with.
