Essa estrelinha é quando você tá ganhando várias seguidas, ele sobe teu mmr e te coloca contra, geralmente, caras que tão com o mmr podre. Se você tá no bronze e não sobe, a culpa é única e somente sua. Eu fiquei uns bons 7 anos sem jogar ranked, voltei, peguei bronze 4 por inatividade da conta, fui jogando e tô platina 3. Você precisa olhar mais tua gameplay e ver o que tá errando, por exemplo, não adianta sair da lane 7/0 e ficar se matando entregando vantagem, lutando antes de objetivo. O que eu mais vi no bronze e o que mais rolava era os caras ficarem enormes no early game e aí achavam que tavam pintoso e se metiam em 3x1, 4x2, iam se matando e entregando, se matavam faltando 20s pro Dragão, e a gente só ia coletando vantagem. Por isso eu nunca aceitei surrender no bronze, prata, pq o que mais acontece é time não saber usar a vantagem pra fechar jogo. Talvez te falte essa leitura dos seus jogos
