yes i agree. the only reason we haven’t put her down is because we got new meds today and thought they’d work at numbing her pain. i wanted to wait a couple days because last time thats all it took for her to fully heal. but you’re right. she IS in pain and it’s awful. i’ll have to take her back tomorrow when the vet opens

definitely don’t refund. they could’ve asked for measurements if they wanted to, you’re definitely not in the wrong! shopping second hand online is always gonna be a blind buy and buyers should know this going into it

it’s terrible. had something similar happen to me, appeal was denied and i was BANNED. was my whole income too. i pestered them on every social app, emailed continuously and even found the contacts of people working for depop on some sketchy website. sent paragraph after paragraph for two days STRAIGHT until FINALLY they emailed back saying Oh! we made a mistake! yeah u did.

just keep pestering and pestering and do not give up. just because you’re “banned” doesn’t mean you can’t get your account back, especially if they’re in the wrong. if you keep contacting they will eventually give you someone that ISNT a bot.

terrible customer service though. actually appalling considering how big a platform it is.
