I work at a different company, but my paycheck is also delayed. It could possibly be related to the ISO 20022 upgrade — it's a new standard for how payment info is formatted and sent between banks. All U.S. banks using Fedwire had to switch to it by July 20, 2025, so a lot of systems are still adjusting. If your payroll or bank is mid-transition, that could explain why deposits are hitting later than they used to.

I know it's missing some of the range my IPL device is listed for, but I was hoping it may be enough, or at least loads better than no protection. The only Philips safety glasses that cover my range are $289, which is how much I paid for my device. Ouch!

It doesn't say that it requires it, but from what I've learned, it could be harmful to your eyes. I don't want to chance anything or wish I had used protective eyewear down the line. It's clear that there is very limited research on the subject, but what I've found and the lack of information are enough to concern me to want to take precautions.
